Technical Support Engineer
Hampshire based company - hybrid working.
£40,000 - £45,000 + Company car or car allowance + benefits
Join a dynamic tech company during a time of transformation! A high level Technical Support Engineer is required to join my client, working closely with the Head of Information Technology providing a top tier service to customers across the UK.
The role will be hybrid working from the Hampshire based office and involve travel to customer sites across the UK. This is a customer facing role and will involve a small amount of pre-sale responsibility therefore the successful engineer will need to be able to hit the ground running.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Azure
- Active Directory / Azure AD.
- Office 365
- Windows Server 2012R2-2022
- VMware / Hyper-V
- SQL Server and SharePoint
- Anti-Virus management.
- Backup, recovery, and security skills.
- Windows OS and Office proficiency
- Networking - TCP / IP / Rack & Stack
- VoIP, SIP trunks, and firewalls.
