Business Analyst - eCommerce
Fareham
£20,000 - £30,000
Exciting opportunity to work with a leading IT Solutions and Cloud Service Provider you will provide focused insight into onsite performance and trading activity of the eCommerce shop, gathering, reviewing and drawing conclusions from website performance to enable strategy to be driven from commercially and customer focused data.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Capture and document requirements for Magento site specifically the eCommerce and integration specifics
Producing functional specifications / Use Cases
Create documentation to communicate the detailed requirements to the development teams
Coordinate requirements sign-off, verification with users, stakeholders
Experience Required
· Strong Technical BA experience - requirements capturing, analysis, interpret client needs
· Ideally experience working with Magento, SAP Hybris or SalesForce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) formerly Demandware
· Knowledge of client side marketplace technologies including Ariba, Sci-Warehouse etc
· Experience of working with 3rd parties
· Understanding of Data Models
· Strong stakeholder management skills
· Proficient with Web Analytics software like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
· Confidence to coordinate and lead presentations
· Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies
· Familiarity with UI, design and what looks good!
