We are seeking a talented CRM Manager to join one of the fastest growing tech companies in the south. You will be joining a digital ecommerce team working within an award-winning retail and online ecommerce marketplace.

My client's offices are based in Poole and they have won media praise and awards for their products and approach to delivering high scale applications.

As the CRM Manager you will map and define my clients internal CRM process, help to increase the size of their database and improve touch points for improved retention.

You will join a team of marketeers working on digital, retail and ecommerce products within a web development environment. The successful candidate will be driven, determination and passion to engage with all things digital and ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage all email marketing strategies
  • Managing data and utlising insights
  • Anlayysing data and making decision to increase revenue
  • Manage the internal CRM for a global audience
  • Management of email marketing platforms.
