My Client is a small tech company working within the medical sector with a passion for building excellent apps for doctors, nurses, and medical organisations. They aim to provide excellent customer service and are always happy to go the extra mile.

As their customer base continues to grow, they are currently on the lookout for a Support Assistant to join the team. You will be interacting with users via telephone and email, resolving issues and proactively responding to feedback as well as providing guidance and help wherever you can.

You'll be working in a team of six other support staff. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Great with computers
  • Top class writing and communication skills
  • A good telephone manner
  • A love of teamwork
  • A genuine desire to help and interact with our users
  • Creative thinking, always looking to develop your skills
  • 6 months+ experience in a customer services environment and/or an IT Support role

This is a full time (Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day) position, but with flexible working hours. We are all currently working remotely but hope to move back to our office in the New Forest later this year. Once we are back in our office, you will still be able to work remotely 2-3 days a week if you wish.
