IT Support Engineer

£22,000 - £25,000 per annum + bonus, training & career progression

Marlborough - Wiltshire

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative IT Support Engineer to join a well-established and recognised organisation whom will be responsible in providing support and maintenance to the companies IT infrastructure and end users based in Marlborough, Wiltshire. This engineer will take ownership and responsibility for support tickets from initial logging through to resolution, escalating where necessary, for internal IT users within the business. Due to growth of the business the successful IT Support Engineer will be working with cutting edge technologies and have experience in the following areas;

Key Skills

  • 1st/2nd line IT support experience - Remote and face to face internal support.
  • Windows OS 7/8/10
  • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • Administration of windows server operating systems
  • Office 365
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Basic networking experience
