This is a great opportunity for an IT support engineer with current commercial experience to join an established business looking to expand their support team. The company are looking for an experienced 1st line engineer looking to progress their career and work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
This role would be ideal for an experienced 1st Line Engineer looking to make the step up into 2nd line or an established support engineer looking to move into a dynamic and varied technical environment. The position offers scope for progression, an excellent company culture and a starting salary up to £20,000 - £22,000.
The company support local businesses ranging in size from 2 to 100+ people and there is plenty of opportunity to get involved in tackling complex issues across a range of clients with support of the senior engineers and improving your existing skillset.
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016
- Windows 10
Nice to have's
- Cloud Services - Microsoft 365 or One Drive
- Network experience - TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Experience working on small to medium sized IT projects
- Virtualisation Platforms - VMware and/or Hyper-V
