Implementation Consultant - Fleet - £60,000
SQL, ERP
Experienced Implementation Consultant required for an excellent client who are based in Fleet, Hampshire. The successful Implementation Consultant will be expected to provide the business and functional expertise to guide clients to the successful implementation of our client's complex product. You will be expected to work with multiple teams across the business and this role will involve some international travel from time to time. Skills required:
- experience delivering hands-on Business, Product, Technical or Support consultancy for a software vendor
- Knowledge and experience working with SQL Server, SQL queries and scripts
- Project management
- Education to degree level
Key responsibilities:
- Understand the business requirements of the customer and advise how those requirements can be effectively met through the configuration the product
- Provide best practice guidance to customers
- Hands-on configuration of all Products
- Training
- Advise on user acceptance testing processes / test strategy best practices
- Prepare and conduct the handover to the Support Desk
