Java Software Engineer - Java, JavaScript, Agile, AWS
£35,000 - £50,000 + Benefits based on experience
Surrey: Farnborough area
We are seeking an experienced Java Software Engineer to join an established development team. The position offers scope for progression and training and will join a successful SaaS provider offering multiplatform products.
The role will best suit experienced candidates with good Java skills who are looking for a step up in responsibility and/or be involved in new technology.
You will join a dynamic team offering varied project work and multiple product streams. Full stack software development experience is preferred, but strong Java Web Application development skills and Agile understanding are essential.
Essential skills and experience;
- 3-5 years+ commercial Java Software development experience
- Web Application development
- Linux
- REST services
- Agile / SCRUM understanding
- Excellent communicator, able to work with all levels of the business
Other experience;
- Must be excited about using and learning new technology
- Cloud product understanding; AWS is preferred
- Full Stack development experience is preferred
- Recent Angular library versions experience is highly desirable
