Lead Business Analyst - £55k - £65k - Guildford, Surrey
A Lead Business Analyst is required by a well-known market leading organisation based in Guildford, Surrey.
The Lead Business Analyst will lead a team of 6 BA's and will be tasked with the recruitment of new resources, allocation of work, and the mentoring/development reviews of team members.
Essential experience;
- 5+ years of experinece in a Senior Business Analyst role
- Experience of analysing and developing business systems requirements
- Production of clear and details business process models and requirement specifications
- User Acceptance Scripts and Testing
- Stakeholder management
- Microsoft applications
- Databade architecture and design
- Business Process Mapping
Any of the following would be advantageous, but not a prerequisite;
- Team leadership
- Recruiting, managing and mentoring staff
- Education or professional services sector experience
- Design and delivery of training programmes and written material
