For: Contract MS Teams Consultant
Term: 3 months
Location: Fully Remote
Rate: Negotiable
Contract MS Teams Consultant/Specialist required to assist on a clients migration from Skype to MS Teams.
Responsibilities;
- Required to support and deliver migration to Microsoft Teams from Skype
- Assisting with the full migration including Teams design, configuration and deployment
- Thorough understanding of MS Teams & Skype
- Previous experience with Teams Integration
- Deploying MS Teams to users
- Creating training documentation and running training sessions for end users/Service Desk agents
- Remote troubleshooting/support of Teams issues
- Assisting with the management of Teams admin centre (managing Teams, assigning licenses, archiving etc.)
- Good overall awareness of O365 and associated technologies
