Pre-Sales Solution Consultant - London - up to £70,000 + Bonus

Solutions Sales/ Cyber Security/ Technical Pre-Sales/ Threat Landscapes/ Security Solutions / MDR / EDR/ Managed Services

I'm working with a fantastic, widely recognised Cyber Security client, based in Central London, looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to join their team. They are looking for candidates with experience and a good understanding of Cyber Security and Cyber security solutions to join their experienced and renowned client facing Pre-Sales and Solutions team working directly with accounts of theirs, mainly being FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies to create and manage the best bespoke solution package possible and continuing to tailor and perfect the managed service packages.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Work collaboratively with large clients and multiple other internal teams to provide the best possible managed service packages when it comes to corporate Cyber Security protection
  • Work in a technical pre-sales capacity in all phases of the sales process including identify, qualify, develop and Quantify
  • Stay ahead of the curve when it comes to the Cyber Security Marketplace being aware of new developments, new regulations and trends and be able to communicate this to clients
  • Work with the team to continuously develop best practices and tools
  • Actively relay relevant information surrounding MDR solutions to clients
  • Gather initial technical requirements and details of the environment of the client and work with internal technical teams to collaboratively create the best bespoke MDR solution
  • Drive Proof-of-concept and Proof-of-value engagements with prospective clients
  • Work alongside Bid Management to coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs and creation of both internal and client facing documentation
  • Work with deployment and development teams internally to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales through to delivery
  • Work with the client to create an effective Enterprise Security Estate

What They're looking for:

  • 3+ Years' experience in a similar position selling Cyber Security Solutions to large, corporate clients
  • A consultative approach towards the implementation of cyber security solutions
  • Technical background with some understanding of either software Development or Penetration Testing
  • Ability to present to senior management
  • Comfortable liaising with all areas of a business
  • Any relevant Cyber Security certifications are beneficial
