Are you an experienced Head of Engineering or Software Development Manager open to an exciting new opportunity?
Do you have experience with digital technology, team management and hyper growth delivery?
We have a fantastic new opportunity to lead the software development function of a fast growth consumer services company delivering leading edge digital consumer technology.
They have huge plans to grow the business including significant expansion across their digital development teams. The Senior Development Manager will be accountable for the delivery of software and projects through the current team, and then through the line management of recruited engineering managers.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with experience operating at this level, installing the foundations for future growth and devising the strategy for future squads. You will have experience of mature processes, instilling best practice from the ground up and cultivating a high performing culture.

- Large scale team management, 30+ engineers
- Rapid growth and recruiting at scale, 100+
- Team management, coaching, mentoring
- Agile development practices
- Have previously worked with modern digital technology
- Experienced in fast moving consumer products or services
