Job description
Senior Hardware Design Engineer required by a high-tech company in Fareham. Due to continued success and growth they are seeking an experienced candidate with knowledge of designing and developing electronic circuits including digital PCB layout and schematic capture.
The successful Senior Hardware Design Engineer is likely to have a relevant degree in electronic engineering or similar and will have extensive commercial experience in electronic / hardware design.
The Senior Electronic Design Engineer will play a crucial role in improving design methods liaising with numerous parts of the business.
Strong digital circuit design experience is sought. Experience in the following areas would be advantageous, but is not a perquisite;
- VHDL or similar to support digital circuit design
- PCB design
- Analogue design
- RF design
- DSP
- FPGA design
