Senior Scrum Master - Cloud Based Product

Location - Work From Home / Fully Remote

£55,000 - £65,000

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master to join a growing software company delivering digital solutions to clients across Europe. The business is in an exceptionally strong position with long term financial backing and project work planned for the foreseeable future, this role has come about due to growth and investment.

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be joining a technology department made up of Developers, Testers, Product Owners and Business analysts all committed to delivering technical innovation and prompt delivery of their SaaS/IaaS solutions. The role will initially focus on a large scale programme delivering a Cloud based product, working with multiple teams to improve the delivery and implement structured Agile processes across the associated teams.

Essential requirements:

  • 5 years+ commercial experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience working closely with software development teams
  • Able to influence and enhance business understanding of Agile values and principles
  • Relentless approach to continuous improvement of both processes and individuals
  • Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (Kanban / XP / Crystal / FDD etc) and how best to utilise the values and tools
  • Technical knowledge of Cloud based products or solutions (Azure or AWS)
  • Excellent communication skills both with technology and business minded individuals
  • Relevant Scrum Master Certification, or similar.

Desirable requirements

  • Experience leading mid-level SCRUM Masters
  • Experience in a TDD/BDD environment
  • Experience with DevOps
