We have a great opportunity to work with one of the most talented and innovative software development teams in the UK. Supported by a market leading services company with huge financial backing, the development team have complete autonomy to design and build enterprise level platforms and applications applying creativity & innovation.
The company is home to some of the best developers in the industry, they have built a product that is just 3 years old and uses all the latest and greatest technology - .Net Stack. The next challenge is to keep the suite of products at the forefront of modern technology, add new dynamic functionality and globalise the products!
They are looking for at least one talented Software Developer (Senior or Lead level) to compliment this talented team, bringing new ideas for architecture, process and helping to maintain the highest levels of quality.
To work here you need to be at the top of your game and genuinely enthusiastic about development, best practice and modern technology. There is a great opportunity here to learn and develop your skills, innovate, be creative and raise the bar again in terms of the capability of this team.

Technical Expertise Required (Summarised):
- Expertise in C# & .Net with solid commercial experience
- Well versed in Source Control - e.g. GIT, TFS
- Sound knowledge & appreciation of Continuous Integration - Team City / Octopus Deploy
- Currently using and well versed in Design Patterns
- JavaScript & frameworks, knowledge of React or Anuglar would be ideal
- Working in an Agile process with Kanban or SCRUM
- Experience with Unit Testing, TDD, BDD or similar test in development frameworks.
These are the fundamentals of a good programmer at this company and you will be expected to have a good grounding in all of the above. If you haven't had the opportunity to use everything commercially you will have been curious enough to have explored the tech in your own time.
Location: Southampton, more speficially near Hedge End, Busledon, Whiteley
Salary & Benefits: The company pay a very generous salary and benefits package with salaries above market rates and a very large bonus which pays out twice a year. We are open to Senior & Lead level Developers seeking £45k to £65k or mid-level experience paying £30k to £45k.
