Software Support Analyst - 6 Months Fixed Term Contract
Poole, Dorset
£18,000 - £25,000 + Benefits

We have an opportunity for a Software Support Analyst to join a leading provider of dealer management software, primarily to the agricultural, construction and garden machinery industries, in their head office in Poole, Dorset. They are the number one recommended dealer management software company across both single and multi-depot dealers, an accomplishment they are very proud of. Their mission-critical, sprawling software is developed and supported inhouse, continuously redefining it's features to ensure the efficiency and quality of their service.

You will be part of a team of software support consultants and analysts who provide support and implementation services to our client's prestigious customer base throughout the UK and Ireland. This vacancy focuses on the delivery of telephone software support and is an office-based role. You will be logging calls using the ticketing system, ensuring all calls are efficiently recorded and monitored as well as providing a first-time fix where possible. The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, proven experience within a customer service environment and have the ability to learn bespoke software quickly.

Other key skills / experience includes:

- Experience of providing software / application support
- Broad understanding and keen interest in IT
- Experience of logging calls and dealing with customers
- Solution-focused
- Analytical problem solving

This is an initial 6-month fixed term contract with a view to make the role permanent. However, this cannot be confirmed until later in the year.
