Software Development Team Leader - Award Winning Software Company - near Winchester / Eastleigh
Are you an established Software Team Leader looking for a new challenge? Perhaps a Senior Developer performing all the tasks of a Team Leader but not getting the credit or plaudits for your work!
We have an opportunity that is both rewarding and progressive and will give the individual a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in the performance and evolution of a talented development team.
You will be responsible for the company's flagship products, working with product owners and Project Managers to turn client requirements in to new features and enhancements. You will also be tasked with improving the development teams capabilities and output, focused on quality and efficiency and ensuring client retention and ROI.
Other aspects of the role include: Supporting Agile ceremonies, monitoring and reporting on quality, keeping up to date with new technology, supporting the development manager in setting and observing objectives, supporting the recruitment of new employees and cultivating a high performance culture.
Essential Experience:
- 2+ years in a Leadership or Mentoring capacity with influence and decision making authority
- 3+ years commercial software development experience
- Sound knowledge of C#, .Net, SQL Server
- Experience within an Agile delivery process
- Knowledge of QA & Best Practice
