Job description
A Web Developer is required for an agency on the outskirts of Southampton who will focus on the Front End Development but can also turn their hand to PHP Development if required.
This agency is going from strength to strength and does a high volume of e-commerce sites and are expanding the Development team due to the ever growing workloads.
The Web Developer (Front End) role:
- Taking UX Designs and building them into HTML Web pages
- Producing high-quality and elegant web sites
- Working on multiple web sites
- Being involved with the full development process.
The successful Web Developer (Front End) with have experience of:
- HTML
- CSS
- (LESS or SASS)
- JavaScript (ideally JQuery, Knockout, Prototype or ES6)
- PHP
- MySQL
Experience of Magento or Wordpress would be a distinct advantage but can be learnt in the role.
We are very open on the level of experience and the role is paying between £30,000 - £45,000 with benefits including flexitime, cycle to work scheme, childcare vouchers, healthcare, Pension, monthly training and more.
