About this event

Save the Date!

Women in Tech Hampshire returns on Wednesday 15th April 2026 and will focus on a topic that sits at the heart of meaningful progress in our industry, mentorship and allyship.

As the tech sector continues to evolve, the power of strong mentors, active allies, and committed advocates for women in tech cannot be underestimated. This evening will bring together experienced leaders to explore how meaningful allyship, guidance, and visible support can build confidence, expand opportunities, and create more inclusive pathways not only into leadership, but across the tech industry as a whole.

We are honoured to announce we're being joined by Callum Linington, Principle Engineer at Shell, Sharon Jones, Regional Lead at Maritime Enterprise Engagement, and Vicky Brentnall, Director of Transformation at Procode. They'll discuss what effective mentorship really looks like, how to move from passive support to active allyship, and the practical steps we can all take to lift others as we progress in our careers.

One more panellists to be announced!
