Initially engaged to support recruitment within the Retail IT Support function - an area facing hiring challenges - we quickly helped secure the talent required to maintain reliable technical support across their extensive retail estate.

Providing high-quality, consistent support to hundreds of retail locations is critical to Estée Lauder’s operations. By drawing on our extensive network of skilled candidates, Spectrum IT has successfully placed over 90 professionals across the UK business, ensuring teams have the expertise needed to deliver exceptional service.

We have worked on an exclusive basis for many roles across the company’s core UK offices in Fareham and London, supplying both BAU hires and specialist contractors for key technology projects.

Our partnership has expanded organically through proven delivery and trusted relationships. Recognising our expertise and the value of our recruitment support, Estée Lauder extended our remit to include its EMEA function in Paris, following internal recommendation from UK leadership.
