Championing Diversity Across the South Coast
Women in Tech Hampshire, founded by Amy Lee and Lauren James in partnership with Spectrum IT Recruitment, brings together people from across Hampshire and the South Coast tech to connect, share experiences and support greater inclusion in tech.
Our events combine panel discussions, honest conversations and networking in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Everyone is welcome - whether you work in tech, are exploring a career in the industry, or simply want to connect with the local technology community. Come with colleagues or on your own; it's a friendly space to meet people, exchange ideas and learn from others.
Previous events have explored topics including Women in Leadership, Neurodiversity in Tech, The Importance of Male Allies, Pathways into Tech and career development, with industry speakers sharing their own experiences and insights.
Events are held regularly at Southampton Science Park, with a diverse mix of attendees, speakers and technology leaders joining us throughout the year.

WiTH was born from a need to create a space where women in tech feel genuinely heard, supported and connected. Seeing that support grow beyond our events into mentoring, friendships and collaborations has been incredibly rewarding. For us, success is women knowing they don’t have to navigate the industry alone.
