We began our partnership with Housemark in 2023 following a change in senior leadership, at a point where the organisation was preparing to scale and evolve its internal capabilities. Having an established relationship with the newly appointed CEO placed us in an ideal position to support the development of the wider senior team and shape a forward-looking recruitment strategy.
