Our relationship with Languard Systems began in 2012, when they were a small technology business in Fareham looking to hire Electronic Engineering graduates to support early product development. With exceptionally high standards - typically seeking graduates with First-class or 2:1 degrees from UK red brick universities - they needed a recruitment partner who could reliably identify outstanding talent and understand what good looked like for their organisation.

From those first graduate placements, our partnership has evolved significantly. We’ve supported Languard in expanding their technology function and have placed the majority of the current team, spanning early-career talent through to senior specialists and leadership roles.
