Spectrum IT was introduced to Person Centred Software (PCS) through a trusted relationship with one of its Engineering Managers during a key period of growth. Having previously supported the Engineering Manager in scaling software teams at other organisations, and with a proven track record of delivering technology talent across multiple disciplines, we were well positioned to support PCS as it expanded its product and engineering capabilities. The Engineering Manager has since progressed to become Head of Engineering at PCS, further strengthening the partnership built on trust, delivery and shared understanding.
