Ian set up Spectrum IT Recruitment in 2008 after successfully managing a permanent recruitment team at one of the UK’s leading Technical Recruitment companies in London.
He juggles the day-to-day recruitment processes with the wider business needs. Taking his background in Software Engineering to IT Recruitment, he is able to apply his knowledge of the industry for the benefit of both candidates and clients.
His previous work won him various awards and accolades and this talent enables him to offer a unique advantage to Spectrum IT. Ian's continued dedication, ambition and passion has been instrumental in driving Spectrum IT Recruitment forward.
When he's not running Spectrum IT, he can be found teaching his children how to swim, ski and play rugby.
