Job description
A 2nd Line Support Analyst is required for a well established international organisation with their European Head office in Southampton.
This role would be ideal for an experienced 1st Line Support Analyst looking to make the step up into a 2nd Line Support role.
As 2 Line Support you will be supporting over 250 users across Europe across both over the phone and in person.
Required Skills
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Windows
- Mobile, Desktop and Laptop hardware
- Knowledge of internal PC components
- Basic LAN/WAN technologies
This 2nd Line Support is hybrid, based out of their Southampton office 3 days a week.
The salary is between £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience plus, Bonus, Pension up to 5%, Private medical and free parking.
