2nd Line IT Support Engineer

This is a great opportunity for an experienced 2nd line support analyst looking to advance their career in an established international financial technology company. The company are looking for a skilled support analyst to become part of their team supporting clients with Cloud migrations, infrastructure support, network engineering and project-based support. You will be the most experienced 2nd line engineer and, on occasion, may be required to lead the small team.

The position offers scope for progression, training opportunities, an excellent company culture and a starting salary up to £35,000 based on experience.

Essential Requirements

  • O365
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server
  • Windows 10

Nice to have's

  • SQL Server
  • Knowledge of ITIL is an advantage
  • Network experience (router/firewall configuration)

Other information

  • Monday to Friday standard shift pattern
  • Paid on-call rota
  • Supporting international user base
  • Hybrid working (1-2x per week in the office)
