1st Line Support Analyst

We're looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join a small, friendly IT team, providing day-to-day technical support to users across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their IT career in a varied, hands-on environment.

Please note, this role is fully office based in Fareham. On-site parking is available.

The Role

• Provide 1st line support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and user accounts
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating more complex problems where required
• Set up equipment, onboard users and provide general technical support

Requirements

• Previous experience in a 1st line / service desk / IT support role
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable

• Active Directory / Azure AD
• Basic networking knowledge
• Experience with VoIP, hardware or business systems
