1st Line Support Analyst

IT Support Engineer required to support internal users across 1^st Line. The company are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to support their head office and satellite sites with a range of IT issues.

This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced 1st line engineer to join a fast-paced company in a period of growth and transformation.

The position offers scope for progression, training opportunities, and an excellent company culture.

Location: Winchester - Hybrid working; 2 days in office and 3 days working from home. A driving license is essential for this role due to office location.

Skill Requirements:

• Active Directory
• Windows Server
• Windows 11
• Office 365 support

Nice to haves:

• Exposure to network support
• Azure knowledge (commercial or through online courses)
