Spectrum IT's Hook. Hampshire client are looking to recruit a Contract IT Support Analysts to join them on a short term 1-2 week contract. This is a short term role covering for internal team leave. The role has been deemed Inside IR35 and will be office based in Hook, Hampshire.

As a member of the help desk team you will be the first point of contact for day to day IT office support issues and report in the IT Service Desk Manager. You will have previous IT support experience and be comfortable supporting Windows 7-11, Office 365, Hardware and basic networking issues / troubleshooting.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an IT support role at 1st or 2nd line level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Take pride in providing a high level of customer service
  • Active Directory
  • Windows 7-11
  • Office 365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Servers and Office packages
  • Capable of working on own initiative, with a proactive and organised approach
