IT Service Desk Analyst - 2nd line

IT Service Desk Analyst required to join a growing telecommunication solutions provider based in Bristol with multiple offices across the UK.

As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day analysis and resolution of incidents and requests, ensuring that SLAs are met.

The position would suit someone with 3+ years' experience in a 1st/2nd line role who is looking to step up into a pure 2nd line role. The company can offer a clear progression path from 2nd line to 3rd.

Essential knowledge:

  • 3+ years technical support experience
  • Windows Desktop environments and Active Directory
  • Strong Microsoft product knowledge
  • Networking knowledge: LAN, VPN, TCP/IP
  • Strong customer service skills
