Junior Systems Analyst - £25,000 - £30,000
Currently recruiting for a Junior Systems Analyst who has a background or is currently working within an IT administrative role. The purpose of the role is to provide data support, reporting processes, maintaining and logging issues within the in house systems used. The role will be based within a law firm based in Southampton who offer a Hybrid approach to work with 3 days in the office in Southampton with 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Analysis of systems software issues and providing solutions
- System Mailbox processing including issue and problem logging, management and resolution
- System administration of the companies' systems
- Data accuracy is of paramount importance and the role is required to review and maintain system data.
What We Need From You: -
- A desire to acquire/develop IT technical skills
- Experience of using Microsoft Office to an advanced level
- Experience of database technologies - exposure to MS SQL (desirable, but not essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work within a fast paced environment to agreed timescales
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
