Senior IT Support Engineer

Senior IT Support Engineer required by a leading educational organization based in central London.

The Senior IT Support Engineer will support staff and students across the organization ensuring seamless and optimal performance of the internal Infrastructure.


The company offer some great benefits including 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a 35-hour working week.


The Senior IT Support Engineer should have proficient experience in a 2nd/3rd line role as well as the essential criteria below:

Essential experience:

  • Windows 10
  • Office 365/Office 2019
  • PowerShell
  • Packaging MSI for SCCM
  • Intune/MEMAC
  • ITIL


Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a technical role within an academic environment
  • ITIL v3/v4
  • WSUS knowledge
  • APP-V knowledge and experience
  • Group Policy Administration
