UX Designer / UX Specialist - Web, Mobile, Ecommerce
Portsmouth, Hampshire with flexible hybrid remote working.
£45,000 to £55,000 + bonus, pension, training, discounts & much more!
We are looking for an experience UX Specialist to work with a global digital retailer and enhance their customer experience across multiple digital channels.
This is a great opportunity to turn your User Experience expertise in to meaningful data insights and to help create engaging digital experiences.
As part of the UX team, your role will be to create and maintain enterprise design systems for a range of retail brands, developing the design language for those brands, and maintaining a consistent experience for customers across their interaction with digital products.
You will also be part of a cross functional work stream - working with UX designers, developers, product owners and business analysts to create concepts, prototypes, and atomic design elements that follow the design language of those digital products.
Experience:
- Experience
- Previous UX Design experience and best practices
- Proficient in UX design and prototyping tools such as Axure, Figma
- Experience in use of digital research tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Usertesting.com or equivalents
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Device-agnostic approach to design
- Solid understanding of UX customer-first best practice and web standards
