We are recruiting for a 1st/2nd line support engineer who is looking to really establish themselves within a talented and friendly team.
You will work in a fast paced environment where your role is varied including but limited too; troubleshooting & supporting a diverse user base covering laptops, desktops support, in-house software, websites etc across 2 offices and over 400 users.

The right 1st/2nd line support engineer will have excellent communication skills via phone, email and face to face. The travel industry is very sociable so this is very important to the client. You will also get huge progression opportunities as they offer continuous training in a range of difference technologies.
- Commercial experience of 1st or 2nd line support
- Experience of Windows Support
- Experience of Exchange & Active Directory
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of supporting SQL & Web Applications Support
- Inquisitive, Innovative, Problem Solving, Can Do
- Passionate about technology
- An ability to apply technology to find solutions to real world issues
