1st Line Support Engineer - Brockenhurst - £18k - £22k

1st Line Support Engineer required to join a progressive and growing company working at their customer site in Brockenhurst.

The role of a 1st Line Support Engineer will involve working on a customer site for a majority of the time supporting their internal infrastructure and hardware / software products. You will predominately be providing face to face support however, part of the role will require an element of remote telephone and email support from my clients head office in Fareham.

Support will include:

• Hardware - PC'S, laptops, AV equipment & other devices Windows Desktop systems
• Re-imaging devices
• Active directory
• Email & password support / resets
• Windows desktop systems (XP, 7 & 8)

The correct candidate for the 1st Line Support Engineer position may have just completed an apprenticeship within IT or may already be working within a 1st Line support role. Please note, a majority of this role will be based in Brockenhurst, however some time may be spent at the office in Fareham. The role is client facing as well so your communication skills must be very strong.
