A busy Logistics company located in Southampton are requiring an Application Support Analyst who has experience supporting ERP applications to join their brand-new support team.
As an Application Support Analyst, you'll be conducting a varied role and would be perfect for someone who enjoys problem solving and has an analytical mind set.
The role of Application Support Analyst;
- Provide 1st line support for several financial based ERP applications
- Build and maintain vendor relationships
- Undertake user training
- Create documentation and training materials
The successful Application Support Analyst will have the following;
- Experience working with ERP applications
- 1st line support experience
- Customer focused
- Experience working with Microsoft GP Dynamics - Desirable but not essential
- Experince working with financial applications - Desirable but not essential
