Junior Application Support Analyst required by a rapidly growing healthcare company based in Uckfield, East Sussex. My client is looking to hire an Application Support Analyst who will support the business applications and provide IT support to approximately 350 employees across multiple sites in the UK.
- Provide specialist knowledge of applications and software including the company's internal bespoke system
- Provide remote technical support across the organisation
- Prioritisation of technical based issues
- Analyse, identify and resolve technical issues
- Maintain and update technical documents and procedures
- Working alongside colleagues on the service desk, logging and actioning issues
- Technical support experience
- Troubleshooting skills
- Analytical skills
- Outstanding verbal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support of bespoke systems
Any experience in the following would be advantageous but not essential:
- Data manipulation using Excel or ETL tools
