Application Support Engineer required by a global technology company based in Brighton, East Sussex. Due to continued growth my client is looking to hire an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide specialist product support to external and internal clients. You will be responsible for ensuring our live and demo environments are operational and perming how they should be.
- Providing technical support to clients over the phone and via email
- Escalate advanced issues to the relevant teams
- Daily health checks and system monitoring
- Application installations and upgrades in live and demo environments
- Software updates and installations
- Assist in training and development for junior colleagues
- Experience in a similar role working with customers
- Outstanding troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office and SQL Server
