IT Support Engineer - 2nd/ 3rd Line Support - Contract - Havant
Your Role:
As the IT Support Engineer you will be joining a small and agile support team, becoming the link between 1st Line Support and the Head of IT. Your role will include;
- 2nd and 3rd Line Support within a Windows environment
- Troubleshooting
- PC Builds
- MS Excel Support
- Support and training of junior team members
About You:
You will be an experienced IT Support Engineer with experience including;
- Experienced in 2nd and 3rd Line Support
- Strong experience of Excel
- Networking knowledge would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Exchange and Active Directory would be an advantage
