IT Support Engineer - 2nd/ 3rd Line Support - Contract - Havant

Your Role:

As the IT Support Engineer you will be joining a small and agile support team, becoming the link between 1st Line Support and the Head of IT. Your role will include;

  • 2nd and 3rd Line Support within a Windows environment
  • Troubleshooting
  • PC Builds
  • MS Excel Support
  • Support and training of junior team members

About You:

You will be an experienced IT Support Engineer with experience including;

  • Experienced in 2nd and 3rd Line Support
  • Strong experience of Excel
  • Networking knowledge would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Exchange and Active Directory would be an advantage
