Junior Support Technician
£18,000 - £20,000 plus benefits
The role of Junior Support Technician will see you join a structured team helping to support multiple users across various client sites. The role will be based between client sites and the company's helpdesk and you will ensure that IT support requests are managed effectively and responded to within agreed SLA's.
For this position you will be experienced in 1st and 2nd line support. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following but not limited to -
- Microsoft Windows
- Microsoft Windows Desktop platform XP / 7 / 8
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Office
- Troubleshooting skills
This is an opportunity to join an expanding company who offer continuous professional development through on the job training and mentoring from the senior engineers. This role suits candidates whom are graduating with a relevant degree or currently in a trainee/apprentice position.
You will be required to travel to client sites therefore a full driving license and car is required.
