Senior IT Support Engineer required to join a successful Ferndown based company in providing internal IT support across all levels.
The role will involve supporting a large internal user base (circa 1,500 end users) through identifying, prioritising, and diagnosing technical issues proceeding to resolutions. This is a varied Senior IT Support Engineer role including core Infrastructure (Server 2016, Exchange, VMware/Hyper-V), remote support, telephone, email and in-office support. As this role is a senior post then you will also be the major escalation point for any issues which cannot be resolved by other memebrs of the team
The successful Senior IT Support Engineer will ideally have 3+ years' experience in a similar infrastructre support role. You will be pro-active, possess excellent communication skills and be a good team player.

- Windows Server operating systems - 2012 / 2016
- Windows desktop systems - 7 through to 10
- Active Directory
- Exchange / Office 365
- Virtualisation in either Hyper-V or VMware
