Permanent Equivalent Information
To make sure we are complying with AWR legislation* we need to know if there is a permanent employee within your company doing broadly the same role as your new contractor. If there isn't, you only need to complete Section 1 and tick option (A).
If there is a permanent equivalent, we need to know their salary and annual leave entitlement. Please complete Section 1 and 2.
