Contract 2nd Line Support

Spectrum IT's greater Basingstoke area client (Micheldever Station) are seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join them on an initial 3-month contract. The client is keen to expand their support team immediately in respect to the current business/working changes and to make sure their company and staff are fully supported to continue as usual.

As Contract 2nd Line Support you will support the business for desktops/laptops, hardware devices such a printers, basic networking, telephone and general software upgrades. Tasks will include (but not be limited to) troubleshooting escalated tickets, installations, upgrades and fault diagnosis/repair.

  • Commercial 1st and 2nd Line experience
  • Active Directory
  • Printers & associated hardware
  • Office 365
  • Windows 7 - 10
  • User / PC setup
  • Networking

Please note candidates for this role MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE and be in a commutable distance of the Micheldever Station office to work on site 2-3 days per week.
