1st Line Support Analyst - 6 month contract

Your Role:

As the 1st Line Support Analyst you will be working within a multisite organisation supporting up to 2,000 users on a busy helpdesk. You will be working with the support team to ensure issues are resolved or escalated.

About You:

You will have a background within IT Support or 1st Line Support, with knowledge of;

  • Windows 10
  • Office 365
  • Server 2016 support
  • Active Directory would be beneficial
  • Exchange
