2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer - Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server - MSP environment

Waterlooville - £30,000 to £40,000

This is a great opportunity for an experienced 2nd or 3rd line support analyst to join an established business supporting a range of businesses with all their IT needs. The company are looking for an experienced 2nd line support analyst looking to progress into a 3rd line role or a skilled 3rd line support engineer to become part of their team supporting SME's across the UK with a range of technical issues.

This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced 2nd line support analyst looking to step up into a more varied role or an experienced 3rd line engineer looking to take on more responsibility in a dynamic and technically challenging environment. The company are well established and are looking to grow their team as part of an expansion plan. This role is a chance to join a small, established team as they look to grow. This role would involve managing and supporting users to a 2nd & 3rd line level within a Windows environment and working with the existing team to improve the team's performance. You would also be involved in supporting Azure Cloud Solutions and working on both BAU and Project work.

The position offers scope for progression, training opportunities, an excellent company culture and a starting salary up to £30,000 - £40,000 based on experience.

Essential Requirements

  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server 2012+
  • Office 365 support
  • Windows 10
  • Azure or similar
  • VMware or Hyper-V experience
  • Hardware support - (Printers, Desktops, phones/mobiles)

Nice to have's

  • Prior experience in a 2nd or 3rd line role
  • Experience improving and managing Support processes
  • Knowledge of supporting WiFi and connectivity issues

The company can accommodate remote interviewing and onboarding during the current environment.
