Job description
A 3rd Line IT Support Engineer, with strong experience in VMware, is required to join the IT team of a global company based in Basingstoke.
This role is a mixture of project work covering a number of upgrades and support of the wider IT infrastructure
Alongside the project work you will also be an escalation point for more junior support staff acting in a 3rd line Support capacity.
The successful 3rd Line Support Analyst will have a number of years' experience within a Senior Support role and have worked with and supported some of the following technology.
- VMware - essential
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Windows Server
- Office 365
- Azure
Reporting directly into the IT Management team this is an excellent opportunity to work with a variety of technologies within a well-established company constantly investing in their IT infrastructure and staff.
Dependent on experience this 3rd Line IT Support Role is paying up to £50,000pa with excellent benefits including Flexitime, 23 days holiday, Pension, Life Assurance, Healthcare, Free Parking and more.
