Contract 1st Line Support

Title: 1st Line Support

Length: 3-6 Months initially

Rate: Negotiable

Location: Farnham

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting our workshop team with PC Hardware and software configuration, general workshop duties.
  • Resolve 1st and 2nd line calls as appropriate and depending on experience, ensuring that the call is closed accurately or escalated efficiently.
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers.
  • Helping to monitor and log backup issues and helping to resolve cases
  • Ensure detected issues are responded to and logged when flagged by the monitoring system

About You:

  • Previous experience of supporting MS Office version 2010 - 2019 and Windows Operating systems 8 through to 10, and PC/Networking experience
  • Very key to this role is a friendly, helpful, team-orientated person that shows excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
