About Becky
Becky Lodge is a multi-award-winning leader in business, technology, diversity, and education, with over 30 years’ experience in the STEM sector. She has supported over 10,000 founders since 2016 through StartUp Disruptors her online training, mentoring, and business acceleration community, helping entrepreneurs to grow sustainable ventures and she is now considered to be in the Top 1% of UK female tech leaders.

About Gemma
Gemma Alcock is an award-winning innovator and respected thought-leader in the use of drones for public safety. Gemma’s backgrounds in both SAR and in technology, combined with her love of aerial systems, set the foundation for a fascinating piece of work exploring the utility of drones for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI). She founded SkyBound Rescuer in 2016 to help shape the future of public safety drones and to start helping all Emergency Services around the world to benefit from drone technology.

About Ngozi
Ngozi is a Chartered Chemical Engineer (CEng MIChemE) and safety specialist with 17+ years of experience in process design, safety, and risk management across major hazard industries, including oil & gas, petrochemicals, and utilities. Passionate about Net Zero and clean energy, she founded Soter Safety Consulting to help clean-tech start-ups build strong safety frameworks.

About Vivienne
Vivienne is a GTM and growth marketing expert with over 20 years’ experience in B2B and B2C sectors. She is a strategic leader who has partnered with PE, VC, and growth equity firms to help scale high-profile start-ups and portfolio companies by raising capital, driving long-term growth, and enhancing market presence using her sector expertise, network, and advisory skills. She is also recognised as one of the top 100 most influential women in start-ups and VC.
